Over the course of 1-2 months, we will meet* 2-3 times to go over everything regarding your business, including its entity structure, taxation elections and any opportunities for advanced tax planning strategies. We’ll ask you to provide your information before we meet so that we can thoroughly analyze your current situation. This will allow for a productive first meeting where we will go over our findings and provide options and suggestions to help address any risks or vulnerabilities that may be preventing you from reaching your goals. We will offer guidance to maximize profitability, manage a fluctuating income, savings strategies unique to business owners and key-employee retention tactics. We will also look at ways to help ensure that your business has a continuation plan that is as tax efficient as possible and that your succession wishes may be carried out the way that you intend.
*Meetings are either held in person or virtually, depending on your location. All Nash-Ups include an annual check-in meeting.

Once payment is received, we will email you to schedule (1) an information-gathering introductory call and (2) your first planning meeting for a date in the future, so that we can analyze your information ahead of time.
No refunds. The first meeting must take place within one year from the date of purchase. Purchases are transferable to another party within one year from purchase, with prior notification. You are responsible for collecting any reimbursement from the other party.
